Orders are usually shipped the same day and you will receive notification about the shipment. Order placed during weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. There are multiple shipping methods available and you will receive a tracking number as applicable. We do our best to pack and protect your order before shipping. The estimated transit time showed in the shopping cart for each carrier is for informative purpose only and is not guaranteed transit time. This estimate excludes the day the package is handed over to the carrier. We do not guarantee a specific transit time or any date for delivery. Please contact the carrier for estimated delivery date/time. If you do not receive the shipment in the expected time, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to track down the package.
We ship our products to most countries. You can see the list of countries in the checkout page. If you do not see your country in the list, please contact us. We will try to find out if we can ship to your country. But we give no guarantee on this and Numato’s decision will be final. International orders may attract customs duties/taxes in your country and which is beyond our control and we can not give you an estimate about how much the duties will be. You may visit your country’s customs website to get more information about applicable duties. The carrier may levy additional clearance charges if they do customs clearance for you. Please contact the carrier’s office in your country to find out about the possible charges that may occur. Please note that we DO NOT collect any customs charges or related additional charges/taxes when you place the order with us. By placing an order with us, you agree that you will be responsible for paying any Duties/taxes levied by any government/non-government agency including but not limited to customs and carrier after the product leaves our Company premises. In no situation, Numato will be liable to pay any duties or charges levied after the shipment is handed over to the carrier. We do not offer any refunds if a shipment is refused by the customer at the time of delivery for any reason other than a damaged package. Please note that altering bills, invoices or other shipping documents for the purpose of avoiding potential import/export duties or taxes is illegal in most countries and we are unable to honor such requests.
All shipping options are trackable. Once the order is shipped, the tracking number will be available immediately. You will receive an email with information on how to retrieve the tracking number. Tracking updates will be available for FedEx/UPS/DHL shipments at their websites as soon as the order is shipped. It may take much longer before tracking updates are available for EMS/USPS shipments at usps.com or your country’s postal service website. Tracking updates for Registered Posts may be available at your country’s postal website only a few days before delivery.

We are unable to charge your shipping account unless Numato Systems Pvt. Ltd has agreed to do so in writing. Please contact us if you would like the shipping costs to be charged to your account. We may not honor requests left in order comments to charge your FedEx/UPS/DHL account.
